This year marks a significant milestone of Brotherhood Laconon Kremastis "MYSTRAS", 42 years in operation and still going strong. Our brotherhood has been instrumental in maintaining strong relationships with Kremastiotes living in Australia, but more importantantly it has maintained strong ties with our village, country of origin and loved ones that we have lost along the way. I'm sure we all have fond and pleasant memories of our events in the past, and many more to come. With outstanding achievements throughout the past 42 years, this site is now an officially dedicated to everyone and all Kremastiotes and friends who have passionately supported our brotherhood and believed in its existence and success.
With this opportunity on behalf of all the present directors, I congratulate fisrt committee who had the vision and passion to form our brotherhood, and also extend a big thank you to everyone during those years who has faithfully served and supported past committees in every way possible. Our success today is a result of 42 years of your past dedication. Furthermore on behalf of the present committee, I would like to thank all members for extending to us your confidence and co-operation in serving as current directors. We have all been inspired by your support.
Since 1969 all Kremastiotes have established themselves firmly in Australia , times have changed, our needs and aspirations have changed, but the fundamental principles of our brotherhood will always remain the same and as directors we are bound to honour, abide by, and adhere to those principles.
Looking back at the remarkable achievements of the past, it can only be worthy for our younger generations to adopt that wisdom and dedication and be involved in the significant future of our brotherhood for the next 40 years and beyond.
